Dine at the exclusive chef’s table (only 14 seats available per dinner) in the Latin Teaching Kitchen and enjoy watching our advanced bachelor’s degree students in action as they prepare a five-course meal paired with wine and beverages just for you. These future stars in the hospitality industry are engaged in the CIA’s Latin Cuisine Studies program that immerses them in the cuisine and culture of Latin America. They will be planning and executing these one-of-a-kind dining events.

Corn lovers, this dinner is for you! Every course will take Latin America’s most important crop and transform it into a contemporary dish overflowing with flavor.
June 17, 2016—Tour of Mexico—SOLD OUT!
From the Yucatan to Oaxaca to Mexico City, experience the iconic flavors and preparations of Mexico.
July 1, 2016—The Latin Caribbean—SOLD OUT!
The cuisine of the Latin Caribbean is varied and delicious. Each course will highlight a particular culture’s cuisine.
July 22, 2016—Flavors of South America—SOLD OUT!
This dinner will honor the foods from Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Each course will focus on an exceptional example of these regions’ cuisines.
