The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), San Antonio, hosted its third annual Latin Cuisine Summit on October 19–20, 2017.
The 2017 Latin Cuisine Summit—¡Arriba el Caribe!— was a two-day conference to provide educational programming for industry professionals. The Summit focused on the culinary heritage and contributions of the Caribbean comprising Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico.
An incredible collection of renowned chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers, sommeliers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders shared their first-hand knowledge at The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio campus.
